9. SMS/Text Messaging Program

Program Name: 1OR Health Operational Alerts

Description: We send transactional SMS notifications for surgical case readiness confirmations, task assignments, escalations, and scheduling updates.

Message Frequency: Varies based on case activity, typically 1–5 messages per active case.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message, or update your preferences in your 1OR account settings.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
