Users may request deletion of their 1OR Health account and associated app data at any time.
How to request deletion
To request deletion, email contact@1orhealth.com from the email address associated with your 1OR Health account.
What to include in your request
- Full name
- The email address associated with your 1OR Health account
- Organization or facility name, if applicable
- A short note stating that you are requesting account deletion
What happens next
We will verify the request and process deletion of account data unless retention is required for legal, security, compliance, fraud prevention, or operational reasons.
Timing
We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 business days.
Data that may be retained
Some limited records may be retained where required by law, security, audit, compliance, or legitimate business obligations.
